The weekend seemed to go like any other weekend. And I don't remember much of Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday the 8th we had the first meeting with the Crisis councilor. I showed James a little phamplet that was at the doctors office that stated that, regular exercise, yoga, talking and having support of family and friends. The coucilor asks some hard questions. What can you tell me about anxiety. James explains what happens when he gets anxiety, the pain, the laboured breating, the fast beating heart. She asks if he has done research on axiety and social phobia. He says some. in the past. She gives him some homework to do some research on the websites. She suggest regular exercise. He mentions it is hard just to get out of bed right now, never mind exersicing, she says ok. but you have to get out side for at least 20 minutes a day, even if that means putting your face in the window to get the sunshine and fresh air. There were some other things that they talked about hat I just can't remember right now.
James goes home and I go back to work. Finish work with the hopes of bring new beginning. i get home and James isn't doing so good. He is in bed with an anxiety attack. He blames the website and the kids. I make supper and James eats and the kids go to bed. we watch tv and play on our computers Then we go to bed.
